Gravito Privacy Policy
Effective 30 October 2026
Who we are
Gravito ("the game") is published by Digital AI Labs. For any question or request about your data, write to digitalailabs@gmail.com.
What stays on your device
The game keeps your progress (levels and stars), coins, gems, boosters, hearts, settings, your chosen display name and country, and a random install number in a save file on your device. Android may include this file in your own Google account backup. Deleting the game deletes the file (backups aside). Notification reminders — "your hearts are full" and "the lab misses you" after three days away — are scheduled on your device; nothing about them is sent to us.
Google Play Games (optional)
- Sign-in: if you sign in to Google Play Games, the game receives your Play Games display name and player id.
- Cloud save: while signed in, your save file (progress, settings, coins, gems, boosters, profile) is stored as a Play Games Saved Game in your own Google account, so it comes back when you reinstall or change phones.
- Rankings: while signed in with "Show me on rankings" on (Settings), the game submits your stars together with your country, levels completed, coins and gems. Other Gravito players see them next to your Play Games name and picture, with when you last earned a star. Turn the switch off to stop submitting; scores already submitted are hidden through your Play Games profile visibility.
Purchases
In-app purchases are processed by Google Play. We never see your payment details. The game stores the purchase tokens it has delivered, on your device, so a purchase is never delivered twice.
Rewarded ads (Google AdMob)
Ads play only when you tap a "Watch ad" button — there are no banners or interstitials. Google AdMob may use your device's advertising id and an approximate location derived from your IP address to deliver and measure ads and, where you have agreed, to personalise them. Where the law requires it, a consent form appears before any ad; you can change your choice at any time in Settings → Privacy choices, and reset your advertising id in Android settings.
Analytics, crash reports and news (Google Firebase)
- Firebase Analytics: how the game is used — screens opened, levels started and finished, boosters and hints used, store views and purchases, coins and gems earned and spent, ad requests, daily bonus, reminders opened and settings changed — with an app instance id. Collection of the advertising id and of device ids for advertising is switched off, and analytics data is not used for ad personalisation.
- Firebase Crashlytics: when the game crashes, a crash report (stack trace, device model, Android version, memory) with an installation id. It is not linked to your name or account.
- Firebase Cloud Messaging: a registration token so we can send occasional game news (new episodes, events, tips). Settings → Game news turns this off and deletes the token.
Ratings and updates
The game may ask Google Play to show its rating sheet after you win a level; your rating and review go to Google Play under your Google account, and we never see them in the game. The game also asks Google Play whether an update is available. Both are handled by Google Play.
What we don't do
No account or email is needed to play. We do not sell your data, collect your precise location, or read your contacts, photos or files. We have no servers of our own: the data above is processed by Google on our behalf or under your own Google account.
Your choices
- Settings → Show me on rankings: stop submitting your stats.
- Settings → Privacy choices (where shown): change your ad consent.
- Settings → Game news, Heart reminders, Come-back reminder: turn notifications off (also possible in Android settings).
- Settings → Reset progress: erase the progress, coins and gems on this device, stop rankings submissions and overwrite your cloud save.
- Uninstall the game to delete everything on the device.
Keeping and deleting data
Data on your device stays until you reset or uninstall. Your cloud save stays in your Google account until you delete it (Google account → Data & privacy, or Play Games settings) or reset progress in the game. Analytics, crash reports and ad data are kept by Google for the periods set out in its policies. To ask us to delete anything we can reach, write to digitalailabs@gmail.com.
Children
Gravito is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal data. If you believe a child has used a feature that shares data, contact us and we will help remove it.
Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example the EU or UK under the GDPR, or US states such as California), you may have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data, to object to or restrict its use, and to complain to your data protection authority. Write to digitalailabs@gmail.com and we will answer within one month.
Google's policies
Google processes the data described above under its own terms: Google Privacy Policy, How Google uses information from apps that use its services and Firebase privacy information.
Changes
We will post any change here with a new effective date. Significant changes will also be announced in the game.
